This article will guide you through adding a waiver you have created using Club Forms to a Presentation. Requirements - A Master Admin login or staff type with the following permissions:
If you need more information on how to create a wavier, click here. Accessing Presentation Setup![]() To create a presentation click on Setup > Leads > Presentations. Enter in the title and description of your presentation. It is possible to clone a previously created presentation to save time. To perform this scroll down to Clone An Existing Presentation and select the presentation to clone. Click the button Create New Presentation Ready To Edit to save your changes. Your presentation will appear at the bottom of the screen. Click on the name to access presentation settings. Updating Presentations Settings![]() Clicking on the presentation name will open up general settings for your presentation. To activate the presentation click NO for Disabled and click the Update button at the bottom of the screen. For a detailed guide on creating a presentation, click here. Adding The Waiver To The Flow Chart (Slideshow)![]() After you complete the general presentation settings select CLICK TO ADD NEW SLIDE under the Flow Chart column located to the left to start the process of adding your waiver. The right side of the screen will update with slide options. Scroll down and select the CUSTOM FORM option. ![]() Type in the Slide Header, select the desired Club Form from the drop-down, and click the Update button to continue. Adding The Presentation End Slide To The Flow Chart (Slideshow).![]() Every presentation needs an end slide. Click on CLICK TO ADD NEW SLIDE under the Flow Chart column and then scroll through the slide options to locate and select the Presentation End slide. Type the Slide Header or leave blank for no header, enter any additional information you want to display on this slide in the text editor and then click the Update button to continue. ![]() Now that you have successfully created a waiver presentation you can click here to see how your staff will be able to access this for your clients.
