How Staff Can Change Their Notification Settings
This article is a guide for staff to change their notification settings. 

Requirements -

  • All staff will have access to change their notification settings.
  • Email notifications by class and service will need to be enabled under scheduling.
  • Have the staff cc'd on any booking or cancellation.
  • Text Messages (SMS) requires communication credits be purchased.
  • Scheduling Text Messages must be enabled under Setup > Scheduling > General Settings

Accessing Staff Profile



 

After the employee logs in, they can access their profile in the top-right corner by clicking the round picture and select the View Profile.



Update Employee Profile



 

Enter your email address so that you can receive new booking or cancellation notifications. If your club will be sending text notifications enter your cell phone.  Click To Update Your Profile and then click on the My Notification Settings.



Notification Settings




Once you click on the My Notify Settings tab the screen will advance to the actual notification settings area.

Text Message Notify ON & CellPhone Number - Select this checkbox if you want to receive notifications via SMS and enter the cell phone number you wish to receive SMS notifications to
Changes Within Hours - Decide how soon before the appointment you want to receive schedule change notifications. Using 0 will ignore time. 
Always Send Email Notifications - Select this option if you want to be notified about all changes, at all times. 
Notify For All Changes - Be notified for ALL schedule changes in relation to yourself
Notify Only For New Bookings - Only be notified when a new booking is made for you
Notify Only For Cancellations - Only be notified when your bookings are cancelled 
Lead Resubmission Email - Click this checkbox if you would like to receive notifications if an existing lead has re-expressed interested in the club. This feature alerts you that a lead has been re-submitted. 
Payroll Daily Update Emails - Click this checkbox if you would like to receive notification about your payroll
Click the Click To Update Notify Settings button to save your changes.

NOTE:  Text Messages (SMS) requires communication credits be purchased. Admins can also be added as CC's on some emails to clients.
