This article to guide you through refunding a credit balance to cash
and written check.
Requirements - A Master Admin or staff type with the following permissions:
- Prospect
Management - Can access prospects
- Member
Management - General - Can access member options
- Member
Management : Payments Related - Can view member billing information
- Member
Management : Payments Related - Can Adjust Invoices / Refunds
Accessing Payment History
To access this screen search and select a desired member. Click on
the BILLING button to advance to
the invoices.
Accessing Transaction Ledger
Clicking the BILLING button will take you to the invoices screen. Click the Transaction Ledger option. Select the
button Issue Credit Balance Refund.
Issue A Credit Balance Refund
The maximum
refund account of credit on account will populate, you can adjust the
refund amount if desired. Select the
method of refund which is either cash or a written check. A written check means the check is being
written by the club. Add an
optional note if desired. To complete
the refund click the Log Refund
button.
Refund Confirmation
The Log Refund button will advance you to a final confirmation screen. Click the OK button to complete the refund.
