This article will guide you through selecting what
method(s) of notification to send reminders to clients based on the class or
service they book.
Requirements - A Master Admin or staff type with the following permissions:
- Club Setup: Can access setup
- Club Setup: Can access booking reminders setup
Booking Reminders Setup

To access this screen click on Setup > Scheduling > Booking Reminders. To enable
booking notification reminders click On. If you have various services or classes you can use the drop-down to filter between each. For each
service and class you can enable or disable Email, SMS and/or Mobile App Push.
NOTE: You will need to make sure you have enough
communication credits in ClubReady to send clients SMS texts due to the cost
per text.
