Re - Print A POS Transaction
This article will guide you through re-printing a transaction/receipt through the POS.

 

RequirementsA Master Admin login or staff type with access to a Full POS Terminal. The Full POS Terminal will need a Star TSP 100 thermal receipt printer configured and installed.




Accessing POS Admin Screen



 

To access this screen you will need to access your Full POS terminal with the Star TSP 100 thermal receipt printer installed. From the main POS screen, click on the Admin button.




Transaction Detail Report



 

Click on Reports > Transaction Detail. Locate the desired transaction and click the Re-Print button.




Re-printed Receipt




Clicking the Re-Print button will cause the receipt printer to re-print the receipt.
