This article and video will guide you on how to book a client into a class through the Day List, Class Schedule and Class Check In.
Requirements - A Master Admin or a staff type with the following permissions:
- Classes - Can access classes
- Classes - Can make class bookings
Book A Client Into A Class
Making A Booking Through The Day List

Navigate to Bookings > Day List. Select the Classes tab to select the class you wish to book. Click on Make Booking. This will prompt you to search for the desired customer to book.
Making A Booking Through The Class Schedule

To access the class on the schedule click on Bookings > Classes. Locate and select the
class on the schedule.

Clicking the class on the schedule will open the class summary screen. To add a
customer click the button labeled Make
A New Class Booking.
The Make A New Class Booking button will advance you to a search screen where you can select the desired customer to book.

Selecting the customer will take you to the final booking screen. Select how, or if, you want to notify them. If you send an email you can verify or change
the email address without leaving the screen. Enter an
optional note if needed. Click the
button labeled Make The Class Booking to complete the booking
process.

Once you complete the booking you will be taken back to the class schedule. The green booking
bar on the class shows an additional customer has been booked into the class. It will progress further to the right for
each additional customer booked.
Clicking on the class on the schedule will take you back to the class summary screen. All customers will be listed in the right-hand column. If you want to access the client's
profile click on their name. If you want
to cancel or reschedule the booking click on the booking ID #.

Navigate to
Bookings > Class Checkin List. Select the class you wish to book. Click on
Make Booking. This will prompt you to search for the desired customer to book.
