This article will guide you through adding an
additional instructor to a class.
Requirements - A Master Admin login or staff type with the following permissions:
- Classes - Can access classes
- Classes - Can change scheduled classes
instructor
- Classes - Can add secondary class
instructors
NOTE: The class does have to be setup to allow more than
one instructor. This can be setup under Setup > Scheduling > Classes.
Edit Class

To access this screen you will need to click on Bookings > Classes. Click on
the class you want to edit.
Start Adding A New Instructor

Clicking on the class will open the class details screen. Click the Add Secondary Instructor button.
Select An Instructor

Clicking the Add Secondary Instructor button will open the Add An Additional Instructor
1. Select the
additional instructor from the list. You
can unclick the Normal Work Hours Only
box if you want to schedule a trainer outside of their normal hours.
2. Click the Add Additional Instructor button to
complete the addition.
Verifying Additional Instructor

Clicking the Add Additional Instructor button will take you back to the class summary screen. The
additional class instructor will appear on this screen.
