Enable Or Disable Client Wellness Features

This article will guide you through the features that you can enable or disable in the client's Wellness Portal.


The feature that controls whether a client can actually login is setup when your site is first created.  If you wish to enable or disable the client's ability to login you will need to contact ClubReady support for assistance. 


Requirements - A Master Admin or staff admin type with the following permissions:

  • Club Setup: Can access setup 
  • Club Setup: Can access general settings                                                          

 


Accessing Client Wellness Features


 


To access this screen, click on Setup > General > General Settings. Click on the Features On/Off tab to see the full list of features you can enable or disable.



Client Wellness Features





Here are all the client wellness features a client will have access to when they log into their portal.  By default these will be set to "On"; click the "Off" icon if you wish to disable any of these options. 

NOTE: All changes will automatically save, you will not need to click an update button.
