How Can A Client Update Their Credit Card On File?

This article will show you how to guide a client through adding or changing their payment preferences through their wellness portal.


Requirements - A Master Admin login or a staff type with the following permission:

  • Member Management: General: Can access member options
  • Member Management: Payments Related: Can update customer payment preferences
  • Member Management: Payments Related: Can delete member payment preferences

Accessing Payment Preferences




For the customer to update their payment profile from their portal, they will select My Profile > My Payment Preferences. If they have billing information on file, they will be able to use the edit pencil to edit address or expiration date. If they are wanting to delete the payment profile, they will select the red x to the far right. 



Entering Credit Card Into Billing Information



If the customer selects New Payment Profile, they will be able to enter their payment information. To save, they will click add



Frequently Asked Questions: 

- Can a client have more than one card on file? 
No, each client can have one credit card and one bank account on file. A client may have one of each. 

- What if the billing address for credit card is different than the address on file? 
ClubReady will automatically pull the address on file as the billing address, you may edit this section and update to the correct billing address. This will not make any adjustment to the address within the clients profile.
