Setup A Package To Bill Bi Monthly

This article will guide you through setting up a sales package duration to bill twice a month.
Requirements - A Master Admin login or a staff type with the following permissions:
To set a sales package to bill twice a month, go to Setup > Sales > Sales Packages. Under the Settings tab, select the Package Duration field - Here you will enter 14 and choose the Days option. Click Update Settings.
An invoice will now be generated for this package every 14 days and will continue based on the package settings for Installments and Auto-Renew. If credits are being released per installment you will want to edit or add them using the directions found here.
For termed length sales packages, does installment setups work the same?

Can you use Billing Day Templates with bi-weekly billing?- No, billing day templates are created for monthly billing and will not function with the use of bi-weekly billing.
For termed length sales packages, does installment setups work the same?
- Yes, the setup of installments works the same for bi-weekly payments as monthly billing. For bi-weekly billing the installment setup would reflect the time in weeks compared to months. Example if the term of the sales package is 12 months and is bi-weekly billing, you would create an installment plan for 26 installments.
