Delete A Staff Member
This article will assist you with the steps on how to delete staff members from your club.

Requirements - A Master Admin login or a staff type that has the following permissions:
  • Staff Management: Can access staff menu tab
  • Staff Management: Can delete a staff member

Accessing Staff Options






Navigate to the Staff tab and search for a staff member name or click on the staff type to select the staff member. Once you have selected the staff member click Go To Options > Delete This Staff Member.

Note: In order to remove the staff member they must be free of any future or open scheduled bookings - so those would have to be cancelled first and re-booked with a different staff member. Choose to View Upcoming/Open Bookings from the staff member's account. Use the upcoming bookings list for the staff member to take care of any open bookings (open means future or bookings in the past that have not yet been logged as show / no-show). Any classes that have no bookings will not need to be re-assigned - the class will be set to no instructor.  To resolve class bookings just change the class instructor and all bookings in the class will be re-assigned.


Is All Their Data Gone After They are Removed?

No.  When a staff member is deleted - they're not actually deleted from the ClubReady database - they're just reclassified. Any historical reference to them in bookings, payroll etc. will still remain.

If they have prospects assigned to them, you can use the prospect re-assign tool to re-assign those to other staff members. For more information on how to re-assign prospects between staff, click here.
