Pure Barre 2.0 App
This article will walk you through some of the basic operations within the Pure Barre 2.0 App.  For further details on using the app, you can reach out to mobilesupport@purebarre.com.

Requirements
 
- Member will need to have the Pure Barre 2.0 App downloaded to their phone and will use their email address and password from ClubReady to log in.


Using The Pure Barre 2.0 App


1. Make a Booking





To make a booking in the Pure Barre 2.0 App, the member will want to select Classes > Select the Date > Book > Confirm Class Credit & Book


2. Cross Club Booking






To make a booking in another location, the member will want to select Classes > Select the drop down at the top left > Select the club or select Find More Studios > Can have the two clubs selected, or can unselect the home club > Done > The newly selected club now shows in the drop down > Select the Date > Select the Desired Class > Book



3. Cancel a Booking





To cancel a booking, the member will want to select Schedule > Booked > Confirm Cancellation




Troubleshooting Steps for the Pure Barre 2.0 App

  1. Unable to Book. Check to see if they have more than one profile. They must be logging into their home club, or the club where they have a membership/credits. Verify that they have the correct membership type or class credits. If they are trying to cross-club book into a studio that does not have cross-club booking set up with their home location, they will be unable to use their credits or membership type there. 
  2. Login Issues. Are they selecting the correct home location when they log in? Verify they are using the correct email address. Do not ask for their password information, but you can ask to change their password to try logging in as them.
