Requirements - Member will need to have the Club Pilates App downloaded to their phone and a Username and Password that has been provided by the club.
Using the Club Pilates Netpulse App
1. Make a Booking

To make a booking in the Club Pilates App, the member will want to select
Find a Class > Select the Date > Select the Desired Class > Book Now2. Cross Club Booking
To make a booking in another location, the member will want to select
Find a Class > Select the location icon at the top right > Search for, and select, the club location > Select the Date > Select the Desired Class > Book Now3. Cancel a Booking

To cancel a booking in, the member will want to select
My Schedule > Classes > Select the Class > Cancel Now
Troubleshooting Steps for the Club Pilates Netpulse App
- Call to Book. If the member has a button that says 'Call to Book' instead of 'Book Now', first check to see if the client has available session credits or the unlimited amenity, or if they are past due. Also check to see if they have a profile at another location. If they are logging in with login credentials from another location, they will be unable to book.
- Login Issues. Only one account can be associated with an email address in Netpulse. It they get an error message that their email address is already in use, they will either have to contact the other location to have their email address removed, or they can reach out to Netpulse.
