This article will guide you through troubleshooting a Web Cam. Requirements - A web cam, Silverlight and Internet Explorer
Web Cam Troubleshooting

1.) Start by going on Internet Explorer (make sure that it is version 11) and then going into the
ClubReady site > Members > All Details > General > Update ID Photo > choose the
Webcam Photo option.
2.) If
Microsoft Silverlight is not installed yet, you will want to install this program after clicking
Webcam Photo.


3.) Once you begin the
Silverlight installation process, select on the option to
Install for Windows.

4.) Go back to the Clubready site and select the
Microsoft Camera, then choose to
Start Camera. 
5.)
Silverlight will ask if you would like to allow the camera and microphone access to the site that you are on. You will want to select on the option to
Remember my answer, then choose
Yes.

6.) If the image is still not coming up, then you will want to right click on
Stop Camera and go to
Silverlight. 
7.) Go to the sub tab
Permissions and choose to allow access for the ClubReady site.
If the issue persists, have the client check their wiring to make sure that the camera is plugged directly into the PC rather than a USB hub.
