I Want To Cancel My Club Agreement

In almost all occasions ClubReady support staff cannot cancel your club agreement. This has to be done by your club where you signed your agreement.
We understand that when you want to cancel such a recurring charge that it can be frustrating for the club to hold you to the agreed term - but normally most clubs will allow you to cancel an agreement early by paying a cancellation fee.
Often if you are moving or have a medical reason then a club will allow you to cancel without any penalty.
The first step should be to talk to the staff at the club you are a member of or are receiving personal training. They will be able to tell you what steps are needed to cancel your agreement and if they do not mention an early cancellation option then you should ask them about this in case the club staff are not aware of it.
