Reminders For Your First Class

- Please make sure to arrive 30 minutes prior to the start of class, so we can teach you the boxing basics and get you ready to rock your workout.

- Glove rentals will be free for your first class , but we do ask that you purchase $13 protective hand wraps as a safety measure. They are yours to keep afterwards!

- We have limited spots available to join our amazing community of RockBoxers and due to our class size restrictions, you must arrive at least 30 minutes prior to the start of your first class. If you are late or can not attend, please contact the studio to reschedule your next class.
