We are excited to partner with you on your customised stretch plan! Below you will find some helpful information about your membership.

|
Grip Socks
|
|
For your safety and hygiene, grip socks are required for all stretch sessions. Choose from our great selection at the studio or bring your own.
|
|
|
|
|
Cell Phones
|
|
Please silence cell phones and refrain from taking calls and texting during your session.
|
|
|
Arrival Time
|
|
Please make sure to arrive at least 5 minutes early for your session. A late arrival does not extend your session.
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
Membership
|
|
All memberships require an initial three month term and auto-renew thereafter. To cancel after the initial 3 months, please simply provide written notice before your next billing date.
|
|
|
|
Freeze
|
|
Heading out of town? You may freeze your membership for up to 3 months. All requests must be received at least fourteen (14) days prior to your next billing date period. Retroactive freezes will not be accepted. A $15 monthly fee will apply.

Appointment Changes
|
|
If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please do so 12 hours or more prior to your appointment. Late or failure to cancel will result in a loss of your membership session credit.
