Includes one workout per (calendar) day. Memberships are on a month-to-month basis, with 60 days notice of cancellation. Please read the full agreement under Terms & Conditions. You will receive a copy of this agreement once you submit your order and payment has been processed.

You may terminate this Agreement at any time by providing Axe Fitness a 60-day advance written notice of cancellation. Your membership will remain active until the termination date is reached. All notices under this Agreement must be sent to info@axefitness.com.
