You must be over the age of 18 to legally enter a contract. Photo identification will be required at your first visit to the club. If you are under the age of 18 you may sign up in club with your legal guardian. This membership includes access to the following Powerhouse Gym's (Chicopee, MA; West Springfield, MA; Bristol, CT), red light therapy, tanning, 50% of guest passes, 10% off product purchases. This is a 12 month contract, after the initial term ends your membership will be auto-renewed on a month to month basis (see cancel policy below).

At the end of your contract you may cancel at anytime with 30 day written notice (either in person or certified mail). Cancelling before your initial term ends is subject to a $175 early termination fee.
