Includes use of all weight and cardio equipment at your home gym location only. Pay only $11.00 today, ($1 down and $10 account setup fee), $39.95 for your first month on the date shown above, and $39.95 per month for 11 months. After the initial term ends, the membership will automatically renew on a "month to month" basis at $44.95 per month. Once annually, in either April or October, there will be a $49.00 Club Enhancement fee automatically billed to your chosen payment method. NOTE: YOU MUST BE AT LEAST 18 YEARS OF AGE AND YOUR ID WILL BE VERIFIED WHEN YOU FIRST USE THE CLUB. IF YOU ARE NOT 18, AN ADULT CO-SIGNER WILL BE REQUIRED.

How To Cancel

Cancellation may be done at any time after the remaining 12 months are paid, with 30 days advance notice. If cancelled early, you would pay any remaining months in the term, plus the annual $49.00 fee, (if not already paid).
