This plan bills monthly at $59.95 per mo and auto-renews on a month-to-month basis. Your annual fee of $49 will be collected on either the 10th or April or October and bills once annually. Includes access to Powerhouse Gyms in Cromwell, West Springfield and Chicopee, and Club Fitness locations in Bloomfield, Enfield, and Windsor. Tanning / Red Light therapy, 10% off all product purchases, one free InBody measurement each month, and 1/2 off guest passes. NOTE: YOU MUST BE AT LEAST 18 YEARS OF AGE AND YOUR ID WILL BE VERIFIED WHEN YOU FIRST USE THE CLUB. IF YOU ARE NOT 18, AN ADULT CO-SIGNER WILL BE REQUIRED.
