This plan bills monthly at $49.95/mo and auto-renews on a month-to-month basis. Your annual fee of $49 will be collected on either the 10th or April or October and bills once annually. Includes access to Club Fitness, Powerhouse Gyms in West Springfield and Chicopee, tanning / red light therapy, 10% off all product purchases, one free InBody measurement each month, and 1/2 off guest passes. NOTE: YOU MUST BE AT LEAST 18 YEARS OF AGE AND YOUR ID WILL BE VERIFIED WHEN YOU FIRST USE THE CLUB. IF YOU ARE NOT 18, AN ADULT CO-SIGNER WILL BE REQUIRED.
