You will receive a 30-minute consultation to discuss your fitness history, goals, and current exercise/nutritional habits, body composition testing, 3 in-person training sessions with Coach Hayden, a 30-minute debrief consultation to plan your post-Foundations fitness routine, and discounted membership on your initial month at Solace if you join our month-to-month plan.
