Program runs March 17-April 27 and includes, 6 Personal Training Sessions (1/week), 12 Specialty Classes ( open only for challenge participants on Saturdays & Sundays 11:30a-12:45p and will be a well rounded 75 min Mobility/STRENGTH/HIIT Fusion class). Also included is 6 Weeks of Recipe Guides, 6 Weeks of Accountability and Week Long Mini-Challenges for Fun Prizes.
