8 personal training sessions per 30 days is included. We hope you average 1 session per week. If you go over the number of sessions you will be charged for each additional session at your contract price.

This is a month to month plan and we require only greater than a 14-day notice. 14 days or less will result in a 50% charge of your monthly bill with no credits issued.
