This is an online sign up for our 1 Year membership agreement at NCFP. Due to signing up online and making this process easy, we have waived the enrollment fee. Please read the contract in full. After one year this contract will go month to month.
We require a 30 day cancellation notice. Any and all invoices that fall within that 30 days will be debited. If you choose to cancel before your contract has reached a year, you will be required to pay half of the remaining contract.
