Only access during staffed hours of the day. Must be at least 15 years old at time of sign up. Members over the age of 22 are not eligible for this membership. Annual Maintenance Fee of $49.00 + Tax will be billed one month from today annually on that date.

Cancellation of Membership or Services: Member agrees to give a minimum of thirty (30) days written notice of cancellation to make cancellation effective and to stop Electronic Funds Transfer of owed fees for the next month. With last month’s dues paid, membership is valid through the end of the next month following cancellation notice. Member acknowledges that he/she is liable and agrees to pay all fees and charges paid or accruing during the thirty-one (31) days prior to the next billing date. Written notice must be physically delivered to the Thrive Community Fitness facility where your membership was purchased. Oral cancellation is not valid. There are no refunds given on services, last month’s dues, or annual maintenance fee's.
