Become a legacy member after the completion of any 5 or 10 Week Challenge. This monthly membership includes unlimited fitness classes as well as our nutrition counseling and motivation. Your initial payment will be applied to and cover the first month of legacy following your current challenge. Following your initial month of legacy, subsequent months will auto renew and be billed monthly until cancelled. The MAX Challenge makes it our mission to help every one of our members make FAST and LASTING changes to their health, appearance, and fitness levels!

At the completion of your challenge your legacy agreement will begin. This agreement will automatically renew on the same date every month. You, the buyer, may cancel this agreement by submitting a Cancellation Form in person to the Club 30 days prior to the billing date. In the event the Club closes and ceases doing business for thirty (30) days, Buyer is no longer obligated to make payments under this Agreement.
