The KFIT Reset includes a 3-week meal guide void of dairy (week 1), refined sugars (week 1-2) and alcohol (week1-3). This plan is great for someone looking for a reset but does not require the accountability of a coach. 3-Week Meal Guide Healthy and Easy-to-Make Recipes *Does not include coaching, accountability or custom food preferences. Customers can expect to have their initial meal guide delivered on January 6th 2023. This plan is not intended to address medical conditions of any kinds. This plan is simply a healthy eating guide. Customers should seek approval from their PCP prior to making changes in their diet.
Refunds are not provided under any circumstances. The client should have access to their email in order to access their meal guide. As well as Facebook for group programs. A printer is also useful but not required.
