This Founding Member Unlimited membership includes unlimited classes and is billed automatically every 28 days. There is a one-month minimum commitment. After the first month, the membership will continue to renew monthly unless cancelled with a minimum of 30 days’ written notice, in accordance with our cancellation policy. The $199 founding rate is only valid as long as the membership remains continuously active. If the membership is cancelled or placed on hold for any reason, this exclusive rate will no longer be available. Upon reactivation, the membership will convert to the current market rate at the time of re-enrollment. This membership is subject to future price increases; however, any increase will be made from the $199 rate—not the full market rate—as long as the membership remains uninterrupted.

Any notice of intent to cancel by the buyer shall be given in writing to Body Mantra using the cancellation request form available at the studio with 30 days’ notice to Body Mantra. Client may cancel at any time and for any reason after the initial contract period (specified above) using the cancellation form. The Founding Membership is on a 28 day billing cycle, billed every 28 days. Classes must be used within the same billing cycle and cannot be carried over.* Body Mantra enforces a strict 8-hour cancellation policy. If you have reserved your place in a Body Mantra Class and fail to cancel 8 hours in advance you will be charged $15 and/or forfeit a session for the class. If you no show for a class, you will be charged a $20 no show fee.* Body Mantra enforces a strict late cancel policy. If you are more than 5 minutes late for your class you will forfeit your spot and incur the late cancel charge. You must be on time to class to properly warm-up prior to engaging in a Body Mantra class. No entry will be permitted into class after scheduled start time.* Mantra reserves the right to increase membership fees annually by 3% or greater depending on the National CPI Index.
