If you wish to cancel your membership, a 30-day written notice is required. This notice must be sent to info@thehealthclubclt.com at least 30 days before your next billing date. Once your cancellation notice is received, your membership will remain active for one final billing cycle, after which it will automatically terminate. Please note that phone requests are not accepted.
