305 Fitness is a dance-based cardio workout where YOU “make sweat sexy.” The club-like experience promotes body positivity with easy-to-follow, fun dance moves. Dancers and non-dancers alike can get a solid workout that includes both cardio and a short strength training segment in the middle of class. You can wear whatever makes you comfortable to this unique experience incorporating dance, kickboxing, and plyometrics in a fun and approachable way.
Cancellations made within 12 hours of a session will forfeit the class credit.
