Pilates Goddess Studio – Policies & Terms By purchasing a package or membership, you agree to the following: Code of Conduct: Respect staff, instructors, and clients. No harassment, bullying, or phone use during class. Equipment may only be used under supervision. Booking & Scheduling: All classes require advance registration and payment via our app or by contacting the Studio. Book at least 8 hrs in advance. Manual enrollments are subject to fees if later canceled. Late Arrivals & Cancellations: A 10-min grace period applies. Arrivals after 11 min = denied entry, forfeited credit, and $15 fee. Cancellations must be made 12 hrs in advance; otherwise, a $10 late cancel fee applies. No-shows = $15 fee + lost credit. Rescheduling within 12 hrs = $10 fee. Memberships: Month-to-month and 3-month contracts auto-renew. Cancellation requires 30-day written notice via email or app. Immediate cancellations may be made with a $99 fee. Memberships can be frozen for up to 4 months/year at $15 per month. Freezing does not replace cancellation. Early termination of 3-month contracts also incurs $99. Membership credits expire each billing cycle and do not roll over. All tuition is final and non-refundable. Packages: Pre-paid group packages expire in 30 days; private/duet in 60 days. All package sales, including promos, are final, non-refundable, and non-extendable. General Rules: Grip socks required. A valid card must remain on file. Clients must be 18+ to purchase; ages 15–17 allowed with guardian consent. Health & Safety: Inform instructors of injuries or conditions. Participation is at your own risk; consult your provider if needed. Class Length: 50 minutes + 10 minutes for clean-up/scheduling. All sales are final. No refunds, rollovers, or extensions.
