Pilates Goddess Studio Cancellation Policy To provide fairness and structure for both clients and instructors, all group, private, duet, and semi-private sessions must be canceled at least 12 hours before the scheduled start time. Cancellations made within 12 hours will result in a $10 late cancellation fee and loss of the class credit. Clients who arrive more than 11 minutes late will not be permitted to join class and will be charged a $15 no-show fee in addition to forfeiting the credit. Need to reschedule last minute? A $10 rescheduling fee will apply to changes made within 12 hours of class start time. These fees exist to respect our instructors’ time and ensure fairness to other clients. Studio-initiated cancellations will always be communicated in advance, and your credit will be extended by 30 days. Memberships require a 30-day written cancellation notice submitted via email or app. If you prefer to cancel immediately, a $99 early termination fee applies. All cancellations are processed digitally—no phone calls or in-person visits required. You’ll receive written confirmation once your cancellation is complete. Membership freezes are available for up to 4 months per year, billed at $15/month, and must be requested before your next billing cycle. Canceling during a freeze still requires 30-day written notice. No rollover credits. All packages expire: 30 days for group classes, 60 days for private/duet sessions.
