New Client Special Our New Client Special is available exclusively for brand-new clients to Pilates Goddess Studio. It is a one-time purchase only and cannot be repeated. All credits included in this special expire 30 days from the date of purchase—no rollovers, extensions, refunds, or transfers apply.

Pilates Goddess Studio – Policies & Terms (Summary) By purchasing a package or membership, you agree to the following: Code of Conduct: Respect staff, instructors, and clients. Misconduct may result in suspension or termination without refund. No phone use during class; equipment may only be used with instructor supervision. Booking & Scheduling: All classes require advance registration and payment. Manual enrollments may be subject to fees if later canceled. Late Arrivals & Cancellations: 10-minute grace period. After 11 minutes = denied entry, forfeited credit, and $15 fee. Cancellations must be made 12 hours in advance or a $10 late-cancel fee applies. No-shows = $15 fee + lost credit. Rescheduling within 12 hours = $10 fee. Memberships: Billed on AutoPay and do not cancel automatically. Cancellation requires 30-day written email notice to hello@pilatesgoddessstudio.com, or members may request immediate cancellation with a $99 fee. Three-month and six-month commitment plans must complete the full term; early termination or failure to provide notice requires the $99 fee. After the term, memberships renew month-to-month unless canceled properly. Credits expire each billing cycle and do not roll over. All tuition is non-refundable. Memberships may be frozen in 30-day increments (up to 4 months/year) for $15/month. Freezing does not replace cancellation notice requirements. Packages: Group packages expire in 30 days; private/duet in 60 days. All package and promotional sales are final, non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-extendable. General Rules: Grip socks required. A card must remain on file. Ages 15–17 may participate with guardian consent; 18+ to purchase. Classes are 50 minutes plus 10 minutes for transitions. All sales are final.
