Join us for a 90-minute Nutrition Workshop and learn how to make food your training partner. This workshop will help you develop lifelong habits and teach you how to build a better relationship with food. Learn about how micronutrients contribute to your body's physiology prior to and after your workouts, and how we can make food work best for your goals. Review simple food changes that make a big difference and how to begin to make those changes. A packet will be provided with additional information during the workshop.
This workshop is limited to 20 participants. By signing up for this workshop, participants should attend the scheduled session; missed sessions are forfeited. Cancellations may be requested within 7 days of purchase, but no later than 7 days prior to the scheduled workshop session.
