This package includes 1 credits that will run for a fixed Initial Term. As a prepaid package holder, I am choosing to pay for the entire package up front and in full, subject to the Terms and Conditions. Class credits will expire at the end of the Initial Term and future classes can only be booked when new credits are available on account. Expiring credits do not rollover. By clicking Submit, I agree to an Initial Term of 1 months. My prepaid package will automatically expire when I have used all of my available class credits or at the end of the Initial Term, whichever occurs sooner. Any unused class credits remaining at the expiration of the Initial Term will be forfeited and lost; no refund will be issued.

Once your Initial Term ends, your prepaid membership will expire automatically. Any unused class credits will be forfeited and no refund provided. To avoid a lapse in your ability to use the facilities or services, please speak to a sales manager at least 30 days prior to the end of your Initial Term.
