ClubReady is an integrated system and billing is no exception. Forget files filled with paper contracts, with ClubReady every contract is signed and stored electronically, payments are automatic and tie directly to customer scheduling of sessions. Customers are fully updated on their payment status and ClubReady automatically attempts to resolve failed payments.

ClubReady integrates with any merchant account through the Authorize.net payment gateway, to handle all major credit cards and also eCheck automated clearing house bank drafts.

Recurring payments can be for any services you offer, from basic club membership through to recurring package sales.

After an agreement is reached with a customer to purchase packages of sessions then ClubReady handles all the payments, up front and in the future, and handles every aspect of how those purchased credits are consumed by the client.

If enabled, clients can also purchase packages online from their own login area. They can then go on to schedule the sessions they have purchased - all with zero club administration being involved.
