Anthony Siguido
Personal Trainer
Anthony Siguido was born in San Francisco, California. He started training in martial arts at the age of 9 and received his black belt in karate at the age of 17. After cross-training with both boxing and kickboxing, he competed worldwide in full contact, bare-knuckle competitions with a fight record of 24-6-2. After taking a long break from the fighting world, his physique diminished and he gained 70 lbs. He knew that fight training was the most intense form of exercise. Committing 2 years to his own training program and a healthy diet, Anthony was able to reduce his weight from 235 to 180 lbs. In June of 2007, he signed up at L.A. Boxing San Bruno and lost his last 15 lbs before he was hired as one of their trainers. Knowing the difficult challenges first hand, Anthony continues to dedicate himself to helping others achieve their health and fitness goals.
